Embroidery

Stitched logos on caps, polos and jackets.

Thread instead of ink — your logo digitized and stitched into the garment. The finish people expect on workwear, team kit and anything that has to look official.

Embroidery is what a logo looks like when it is part of the garment rather than printed on top of it. It does not crack, it does not fade in the wash, and it reads as more serious than a print — which is why it is the default on uniforms, corporate wear and anything with a dress code.

Digitizing comes first

A logo has to be converted into a stitch file before a machine can sew it — that is digitizing, and it is a one-time job per design. We do it in-house, show you a stitch-out before we run the order, and keep the file on record so a reorder next year costs nothing extra to set up.

What we stitch

Caps and beanies, polos, button-downs, fleece and softshell jackets, work shirts, aprons, and bags. Standard placements are left chest, right chest, sleeve, cap front and jacket back — and anything unusual is worth asking about, because the limit is usually the hoop rather than the idea.

Print or stitch?

Fine detail, photographs and gradients belong in print — thread cannot do a photograph. Logos, monograms, names and wordmarks belong in thread. If your design is somewhere between the two, send it over and we will tell you which way it will come out better, and why.

Bring your own garments

We will stitch garments you supply. As with printing, we cannot replace a customer-supplied item if a run goes wrong, so send a spare on anything large.
